The Home of the Society for the Aged Sick is managed by an Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is in charge of setting the rules and regulations as well as the policies for the Home. All major decisions are considered and approved by this Committee which comprises volunteers from different walks of life

The day-to-day administration is undertaken by a team of professional and support staff led by the Head of Medical Care and the Head of Finance & Admin.
