Health Attendant (2 years contract)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Repair of mobile medical equipment (wheelchairs, shower trolleys, etc.) and other equipment/furniture.
- Perform electrical works (laying of cables, etc.).
- Perform plumbing works inclusive of clearing of chokes.
- Assist in painting.
- Assist in logistical set-up for events held at the Home.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Air-conditioning / Building Services / Engineering
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience
- Knowledge and experience in M&E works are required
- Experience in mobile medical equipment (wheelchairs, shower trolleys, etc.) maintenance is an added advantage
- Able to use the digital Work Order Management System
- Able to handle heavy loads (more than 30kg)
On the job training will be provided
Handyman
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES
- Routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment:
- Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment meets required standards.
- Keep track of equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Maintain repair logs and other relevant documentation.
- Maintenance of building facilities.
- Maintenance of systems – mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-con, audio visual.
- Maintenance of furniture & equipment.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Handle and manage technical issues and to trouble-shoot/rectify the problem on site.
- Responsible for all technical/operational issues raised by internal/external customers and liaise with them to ensure complaints are resolved.
- Coordinate work with contractors and ensure they deliver their services .
- Maintain and update maintenance records and documentations including data entry.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- ITE in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance
- Experience in mobile medical equipment (wheelchair, shower trolley & hospital bed etc) maintenance is an added advantage
- Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team-spirit, very hands-on
- On the job training will be provided

Finance & Admin Officer (AR)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES
- Monthly invoicing of nursing home fees and other charges to residents.
- Collection of payments from residents.
- Track residents’ insurance payouts eg: IDAPE and Eldershield.
- Update transactions into accounting software.
- Generate Statement of Account to residents and follow up with outstanding receivables.
- Handle all other administrative matters pertaining to residents and next of kin at the Home.
- General administrative duties (eg: attend to walk in and call in enquiries) and any other ad-hoc duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Attained at least LCCI accounting qualification
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Pleasant personality and good team-spirit
- Able to communicate well with people from various walks of life
Able to speak Mandarin and/or dialects is advantageous as need to liaise with Mandarin/dialect speaking clients
