Sep 2013, New programme to improve quality of food services in nursing homes

Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) will for the first time partner the Singapore Chefs Association (SCA) in a programme to raise the quality of nutrition and food services for elderly residents in nursing homes. The one-year programme called “Partner a Nursing Home” will involve seven nursing homes for a start.
